Mediterranean spices mixed with spinach and onions, wrapped with a delicate pastry shell. Lightly fried to a golden crisp.  Served with a side of hummus for dipping.

 Ahi Carpaccio $ 12.95

Yellow fin ahi tuna, finished with arugula, wasabi aioli, ground sesame & Kona Sea Salt.

Served with Cajun Aioli and Clarified Butter.

 Goat Cheese Stuffed Grape Leaf $9.95

Fresh Goat Cheese stuffed in a grape leaf, grilled and served with eggplant papaneta and lightly fried pita bread.

Fish and Scallop Ceviche $11.95

Fresh white fish, scallops and fresh vegetables marinated in lemon and lime juice, served on a lightly fried tortilla with a mango coulis.

 Ahi Sashimi $12.95

Fresh ocean clams served in a garlic herb butter broth.

Panko crusted fried Saffron rice cakes stuffed with feta cheese and served with Cajun aioli.

Served with fattoush salad and sundried tomato hummus. Finished with a lemon sumac citrinet.  

 Pan Seared Harrisa $29.95

Pan seared fresh island white fish in a Harrisa (spicy) tomato sauce, served on a bed of mashed potatoes with baby bok choy.

  Pistachio Crusted Ahi $32.95

Fresh yellow fin ahi crusted with pistachio and pan seared. Accompanied by tabouleh salad and a mango tahini drizzle.  Served on a bed of sun dried tomato couscous with garlic sauteed spinach. 

 Seafood Bouillabaisse $29.95

Fresh clams, mussels, scallops, shrimp and fresh fish of the day cooked in a white wine, clam and saffron butter broth.

 Seafood Tower $31.95

Fresh fish of the day, scallops and shrimp towering high on

a goat cheese and spinach risotto cake topped with a tropical fruit salsa and served with sauted baby bok choy.

 Pan Seared Scallops $31.95

Sesame seared scallops finished with a passion fruit basil sauce, and served with wasabi mashed potatoes and fresh sautéed baby bok choy.

 Seafood Paella $34.95

Clams, mussels, shrimp, scallops, and fresh island fish stir-fried  with Spanish saffron rice, and topped with king crab.

 Steamed Ono $33.95

Served in tomato-harrisa broth with goat cheese polenta and sautéed baby bok choy.

Veggie Plate Dinner $19.95

Falafel, tahini sauce, hummus, spinach fatayers, stuffed

grape leaves, feta cheese and sun-dried tomato couscous.

Fasoulia Stew $19.95

A traditional Lebanese stew made with lima beans, garlic, cilantro, coriander, and tomato. Served over sundried tomato couscous with fresh sautéed baby bok choy. This is a vegan dish.

 

CHICKEN ENTREES

Chicken Kabob $21.95

All white meat chicken skewered with fresh vegetables, grilled and served with sun-dried tomato couscous and fresh sauteed spinach.

 Chicken Marsala $24.95

Pan Seared Chicken Breast topped with a mushroom Marsala sauce and accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach.

 Chicken Picatta $23.95

Pan Seared Chicken Breast finished with a lemon caper Picatta sauce and accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach.

 

LAMB AND BEEF ENTREES

Rosemary Rack of Lamb $30.95

Half rack of Australian Free Range lamb drizzled with our orange balsamic reduction and served with garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed baby bok choy.

 Shwarma Beef Kabob $26.95

Grass fed skirt steak marinated in seven blend spices, mint, balsamic vinegar, garlic & olive oil. Skewered with bell peppers & onions. Grilled & served with sundried tomato couscous, tzatziki and sautéed asparagus.

 Mediterranean Gyro $24.95

Roasted and thinly sliced lamb & beef gyro meat accompanied by babaganush, tzatziki sauce, couscous and sauteed spinach.

 Filet of Peppered Gorgonzola $32.95

A tender cut of Filet Mignon stuffed with gorgonzola cheese and habanero peppers; finished with a demi-glace and served with garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed baby bok choy.

 New York Steak $29.95

New York Steak cooked to perfection, topped with truffle garlic butter sauce and served with our famous ginger hummus, garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed pearl onions and asparagus.


The oceanfront location is the perfect backdrop for chef/owner Imad Beydoun's Middle Eastern dishes, which he embellishes with an island twist."
