Fresh yellow fin ahi crusted with pistachio and pan seared. Accompanied by tabouleh salad and a mango tahini drizzle.
Served on a bed of sun dried tomato couscous with garlic sauteed spinach.

A traditional Lebanese stew made with lima beans, garlic, cilantro, coriander, and tomato. Served over sundried tomato couscous with fresh sautéed baby bok choy.

All white meat chicken skewered with fresh vegetables, grilled
and served with sun-dried tomato couscous and fresh sauteed
spinach.
Pan Seared Chicken Breast topped with a mushroom
Pan Seared Chicken Breast finished with a lemon caper Picatta
sauce and accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed
spinach.

Rosemary Rack of Lamb
Half rack of
Grass fed skirt steak marinated in seven blend spices, mint, balsamic vinegar, garlic & olive oil. Skewered with bell peppers & onions. Grilled & served with sundried tomato couscous, tzatziki and sautéed asparagus.
Roasted and thinly sliced lamb & beef gyro meat accompanied by
babaganush, tzatziki sauce, couscous and sauteed spinach.
A tender cut of Filet Mignon stuffed with gorgonzola cheese and
habanero peppers; finished with a demi-glace and served with
garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed baby bok choy.
New York Steak cooked to perfection, topped with truffle garlic butter sauce and served with our famous ginger hummus, garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed pearl onions and asparagus.
